Across the world, public sentiment towards justice systems is strikingly similar:
a lack of trust, delays, high costs, institutional arrogance, and inaccessibility for ordinary people.

In so-called developed countries — like the USA, France, Germany or the UK — citizens often feel alone when facing a system that, instead of protecting them, frequently weighs them down.
In countries with limited transparency — such as Poland, Hungary, Mexico, Brazil or India — the justice system is often used as a tool of power and vested interests.
In conflict zones — like Africa, the Middle East or Latin America — justice can be a luxury, or a fiction.

People are denied access to the law.
Sometimes even to hope.

TOJ-AI was born out of this need:
